At Miral Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages and Issues

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty products or hygiene-related items (like your Baby Care feeders or nebulizers once opened).

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale or via gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund was approved.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Delays: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
